I HATE leaving my wedding band with anyone, Ms Connie and staff were excellent in their care and relieving my fears while fixing "my baby". I had to bring it back for another adjustment and they didn't charge me. They are very professional and genuine when dealing with their customers!! Highly recommend, they are my only jewelers.

Very polite and attentive. All I needed was a pin adjustment in my watch bracelet and instead of charging me for removing links (which she ended up taking off and putting back on while adjusting) they did it free of charge. Will be back for service, and love supporting local.

I recently brought my father's ring into be repaired and resized. He passed away and it is one of the only things I have to remember him by, so I was a little hesitant to let just anybody work on it. But they put my worries to rest, with their excellent customer service and obvious passion for the craft. I am beyond pleased with the results. I honestly can't thank them enough for the care and delicacy in which took to bring this ring back to its former glory. 100% will be my #1 jeweler from here on out.

I travel to Leesville for work few times a year. I will wait to have my watches fixed, battery replaced etc.. until I can take it to Smith Jewelers. I am always greeted when I walk in the door, they change the batteries in several of my watches while I wait. I always walk out with a new ring, necklace or several pieces. Very affordable. My necklace was $36.00 and ea battery $10.00. Love stopping by there.

The most personable and professional sales staff I have ever dealt with. If they don't have what you are looking for, they find it. Highly recommend. Fast friendly customer service and most importantly, beautiful and reasonably priced jewelry. Go see them.
